Changing the Current Mix






- There are 6 layers within the Mixer
    * nb Layer 1 = Bottom - Layer 6 = Top

- Rolling over a Layer will indicate :

    - File Type - MP3 | JPEG | SWF
    - File Size
    - Author of Submission
    - Description of the file.

- To modify the Mix click on desired Layer to:

   - Change Image Appearance & Position
    - Adjust Layer containing Audio
    - Replace with a new File from the Database


Loading a New File from the Database


To replace the File on a desired layer from the database select the button. This will then give you the opportunity to Navigate and Select a submitted file from the Database.

If you wish to delete the file so that the layer is left empty then select the button.


Navigating the Database


The database will indicate the amount of items currently available. * nb If you have a specifc choice of file then you can use the Search option.

- Rolling over an item will indicate :

    - File Type - MP3 | JPEG | SWF
    - File Size
    - Author of Submission
    - Description of the file.

- Once your chosen file is selected it will then load for you to modify:

    - Image Appearance & Position
     - Adjust Audio settings


Searching Specific Submissions


If you have a specifc choice for a submitted file within the Database then you can use the Search option.

- Simply tick the box for either:

    - All File Types
    - Images
    - MP3 Audio
    - Flash Animations

- Tick the box then type your requested search on:

    - Keyword
    - Usernames

- Click Search or press <return>

- Depending on your Search results navigate and    choose a File accordingly.


Image Appearance & Position


Once you have selected your Layer or new File from the database you have the ability to modify its appearance ready for the mix.

- Transparency * nb -if 100% then layers underneath     may be hidden - if  this occurs adjust accordingly
- Rotation
- Horizontal Position
- Vertical Position
- Scale

Once you are happy with you modifications then press - this will automatically update the Layer and Mix not only on your screen but on every other visitors/users screen simultaneously.

If you are not happy with your choice press - this will send you to either the Database or Current Mix depending on where you have come from.


Adjusting the Audio


Once you have selected your Layer or File you now have the ability to modify its Volume and Pan if it is a MP3 audio item.

- Set Volume 
- Set Pan [ left to right]

Once you are happy with your settings then press - this will automatically update the Layer and Mix not only on your screen but on every other visitors/users screen simultaneously.

If you are not happy with your choice press - this will send you to either the Database or Current Mix depending on where you have come from.
